If you want to have dessert , eating it after lunch is better for your health. Shifting dessert to early afternoon helps you burn more fat at night. At night while you are sleeping, your body is in rest and digest mode, which is primarily fueled by your stored energy source of fat.But if you have sweet closer to bed time, your body will priotize getting the sugars out of your system before tapping into fat stores. Ingredients: 100g classic 74% dark chocolate, chopped plus extra shards to decorate (optional ) 25th butter, cubed 3 large eggs , separated 2tbsp caster sugar 2tbsp whipping cream (optional ) Methods : 1.put the chotplate, butter and 75ml warm water in heatproof bowl and set over a pan of barely simmer water. Push the chocolate and butter gently into a warm water with a wooden spoon to help it melt, but avoid stirring too much. Once three-quaters of the butter and chocolates is melted, remove the bowl from the heat . Stir until melted, smooth and glossy. 2.Working quickly, use a spatula to stir the egg yolks into the chocolate mixture, one at time. Ingredients : 100g butter, plus extra to grease 100g dark chocolate, chopped 150g light brown soft sugar 3 large eggs 1/2tsp vanilla extract 50g plain flour Single cream, to serve Methods : 1.Heat to 200C/180Centre fan/gas, 6 butter , 6 dariole mould or basins well and place on a baking tray. 2.put 100g butter and 100g chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and set over a pan of hot water (or alternatively put in the microwave and melt in 30 seconds burst on a low setting ) and stir until smooth.set aside to cool slightly for 15mins. 3.using an electric hard whisk, mix in 150g light brown soft sugar then 3 large eggs, one at a time, followed by half 1tsp vanilla extract and finally 50g plain flour.
